Most of the videos of prior shows are still in final editing stages.
"Upton Sinclair's Singing Jailbird, The Musical" needs to have its titles and credits completed prior to making DVD's of that show.
"The Last Five Years", the two-person musical had a rough cut provided to Ray Buffer and it waits silently for more time with the applications for its final edit. I am doing that edit.
Phil has three shows and Final Cut Pro 6 or 7 to edit them with.
"The Christmas Carol", "I Love You. You're Perfect. Now Change" the 2010, and "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" are his three shows.
They are all still in early editing stages and I believe every cast member of all three shows was provided a very rough cut, without credits, of the show(s) they participated in.
Phil and I are still collaborating on "Forever Plaid" and I have "The One and Only".
"6Th Street Burlesque" is now having clips of some of the skits and songs on my Youtube page.
Most of the shows have 'archival' videos produced for them and there are legal matters about providing copies of some shows, even for their own personal use.
"Seven Brides For Seven Brothers" will probably have a three-camera production like most of the other shows have been produced using.
What normally happens is that tapes from the Friday Matinee performance and possibly the opening night's show are uploaded and then a very rough, rather unedited version of the show is produced and 'could' become available to cast members and crew.
Not one penny was asked for in the production of any prior DVD and that will remain so with this show. I don't charge anyone for their own personal DVD of the show they participated in.
Anyhow, along about the first Sunday Matinee, folks who are provided DVD's, get them.
Some selected songs, bits, or skits are placed on my Youtube page and some end up with Ray, for his use.
Since the Internet if filled with video of productions of "Seven Brides For Seven Brothers" by theatre companies all over, I think it is a favorable notion to consider that songs from this new production may wind up in the World Wide Web.
